CPM Scheduling Services
One of our strengths lies in providing Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling services to customers that require submittal of schedules, baselines, and updates per project specifications for either project tendering, planning or monitoring. Our CPM scheduling capabilities include resource and cost loading, development of submittal registries, earned value and critical item reports, out of sequence analysis and claims prevention and resolution.
PM Maturity Assessments
We conduct PM maturity assessments to evaluate the project management proficiency within organizations and make recommendations to improve upon PM skills and competencies. Following the 5 process areas (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling, and Closing) of the Project Management Institute's PMBOK, we interview project personnel to evaluate and rate proficiency levels with the organization. We then offer recommendations to the customer and submit a plan as to how they can increase their PM maturity.
Knowledge Transfer and PM Offices
Our senior project managers are certified Project Management Professionals (PMPs) and have decades of experience including support of domestic and international work assignments. We support your resource requirements for all types of project staff. We work with customers to set up Project Management Offices and their responsibilities and initiatives, including processes to measure and report progress, conduct status meetings, manage change, mitigate risks, develop reporting standards, and improve collaboration among project participants.
