Course Description
Get started with the Project Management module through hands-on basic training. Participants will gain a thorough background on the concepts and techniques of planning and scheduling. This three-days course covers the three basic elements of a project: schedule, resources and costs and educate participants on managing a project through its entire lifecycle.
