This one day course is specially designed for new users of Primavera ProSight and Portfolio Management. The introductory course will discuss key Portfolio Management concepts, including Portfolio Management operating structures, governance structures, and business processes. This course will also deliver an overview on basic ProSight Portfolios concepts and definitions, including Portfolios Navigation and introduction to Scorecards, Investor Maps, Forms, and Workbooks. The time allotted for this course will enable time for hands on exercises that support all instructions. This course will be required prior to attending the more advanced classes available and will be the building block to advance throughout all the features and functionalities of Primavera ProSight Portfolios.

This one day course has been designed for Primavera ProSight end users who have the need to create and analysis the data being captured in Primavera ProSight Portfolios. This will include detailed instructions on creating Scorecards, Query Based Portfolios, Investor Maps, Dashboards and setting up My Processes for Executives to utilize the Executive Dashboards created on their behalf.

This two days course has been designed for users that will have responsibility to configure and implement ProSight Portfolios. This is a detailed course on how to configure and implement ProSight Portfolios, using real implementation case studies. This course will include detailed step-by-step and case study driven instruction. In addition, it will include a segment on how to set-up roles-based security and how to manage and maintain the application. Instructor led, and extensive hands-on training.
